HOW DO I ORDER?

2. Click on the green ADD TO CART button above.

3. Continue shopping or click CHECK OUT button if ready to pay.

4. Enter your shipping address and billing information (most credit cards and Paypal accepted)

HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY?

On each product page, above the CHECK OUT button, you will find a quantity selector. Simply use the - or + signs to select the quantity desired.

You can also change it on the ADD TO CART window as well as checkout pages using the same method.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

All prices are displayed in USD.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We ship from a number of fulfillment centers across the globe, and some of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order pieces which may add a few extra days to the shipping time. Please be patient, we promise that our products will be worth it!

Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be processed after which they will be sent.

Average Shipping Times:

United States: 8-20 days

International: 8-30 days

If it has been over a month and you have not received your shipment, please contact our support team and we will help make everything right.

WHEN WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING EMAIL?

You should get an order confirmation email right after purchase and then a shipping confirmation email within 1-4 days (the time it takes to process the orders).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find your tracking number by going on your order confirmation email and click the big blue button "VIEW MY ORDER". This will take you to an order confirmation page where you will see the tracking display under 'Tracking Number'. If you don't see the number yet don't worry it usually takes 1-3 days sometimes at peak season it may take a bit longer.

Once you have you tracking number you can track it on t.17track.net if it starts with Y or USPS if it starts with L and is heading to the US.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please double check in your junk/spam folder and make sure to add us to your safe sender's list so you don't miss anything else.

WHY AM I GETTING SEPARATE PACKAGES/TRACKING NUMBERS?

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: 

- Certain items may be on back order 

- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office 

- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed by our shipping team, so please be sure to review before you confirm your purchase!

If you request a cancellation of your order we cannot always 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. We physically cannot cancel orders after 11:59pm EST of the date of purchase.

Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

WHAT IF I PUT THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us as soon as possible. Orders get processed by 11:59pm EST of date of purchase. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through.

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Send us an enquiry via our Contact Us page or email us at support@lostcityloot.com. So our customer service team can help you as fast as possible, please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return/refund. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened.

*NOTE: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost city loot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lost City Loot will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
