Shipping

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of jewelry requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, processing can take up to 5 days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Delivery Times

Due to high demand delivery times range anywhere from 8-20 days on average to most countries.

Some countries take longer ex: Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia. (between 3-6 weeks)

We don't deliver to some countries due to sanctions, such as Iran.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM EST or 04.00 AM EST Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Rare instances may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases (albeit rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 3-6 weeks (unlikely). As we work with other Brands and Distributors, we adhere to a very strict security and fraud prevention system. A 1-3 day delay on your order may also be added if our system detects the possibility of a fraudulent transaction.

Tracking

Tracking numbers can be checked through your order and the shipping confirmation emails. Just click on the link to see your order and you will see a tracking number appear once the order is processed.

Please allow 1-3 days processing and 3-6 days during the holidays.
